A prescription medication, based on Orlistat, works by inhibiting the digestion of fats from the diet and should be used with a reduced-calorie weight loss program. Xenical may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Bontril
Prescription medication suppresses appetite via appetite centers in the brain, is a short-term drug that helps you lose weight.

Adipex
An appetite suppressant, for the short-term management of obesity. Adipex diet pills are appetite suppressants. They work by stimulating the hypothalamus gland, an area in your brain, which controls your appetite, and affects certain neurotransmitters to decrease your appetite resulting in weight loss.

Ionamin
A phentermine-based resin that acts to suppress the appetite.

Meridia Diet Pill
Trade name for the drug Sibutramine. An anorectic or appetite suppressant, reduces the desire to eat.

Phentermine Diet Pill
A contraction for "phenyl-tertiary-butylamine", is an appetite suppressant of the amphetamine and phenethylamine class.
Typically prescribed for individuals who are at increased medical risk because of their weight and works by helping to release certain chemicals in the brain that control appetite.

Tenuate Diet Pill
Brand name for Diethylcathinone. An Appetite Suppressant
